June 2409 <br />I received a phone call regarding accounts in BER CINEMA c/o ROCI~ SOLID MGMT from Ron Tauchette, <br />During this phone call Ron was very upset that he did not get a call back from another employee. The <br />other employee had not called him back due to being out of the office. I tried to explain this to Ron but <br />he was very upset and verbal on the phone, He had said some things that were not respectful regarding <br />that other employee and then proceeded to tell me he was going to the Mayor regarding haw the <br />Utilities handle business. He also asked me "Don't you know who I am"? <br />This canversatian was becoming hard to manage so I did pass the phone call to a supervisor. <br />
