The <br />administrative subdivision proposes to create three parcels out of one off of County Road 31 <br />(Viking Boulevard). Parcel A and Parcel B are buildable lots with Parcel B containing the <br />existing house. Parcel C is additional right-of-way for County Road 31. Parcel A has 173.6 feet <br />of frontage on County Road 31 and Parcel B has 180.01 feet of frontage on County Road 31. <br />They share a common driveway along their common lot line. It is important that the drainage <br />and utility easements along this same common lot line are recorded pdor to the ddveway <br />easement, otherwise the drainage and utility easements will become subject to the ddveway <br />easement. <br /> <br />We noted one error in the description of Parcel C.
