Management is currently <br />updating the Job Descriptions based on the Job Description Questionnaires and Job Evaluation <br />System that Riley, Dettmann & Kelsey had submitted to the Commission. These revised job <br />descriptions will be distributed to staff during the upcoming evaluations. This will give an <br />opportunity for communication of expectations. <br />Next month staff will be presenting the Utilities 2009 Annual Report to the Commission. In <br />early March, the City/L7tilities will be presenting the 2009 Annual Report to the City Council. <br />In January, the Utilities will. be joining the City in mandatory sexual harassment training. This <br />training will be conducted by Anoka Technical College who is currently providing the City's <br />safety training. <br />Enclosed for your reading is the current issue of the MMUA Resource. <br />
