Madison. She meets the Secretary of the Interior's Qualifications for History and Architectural <br />History. <br />Amy Lucas joined Landscape Research in 2006. Between 1994 and 2006, since earning an M.S. <br />from the School of Architecture, Preservation and Planning at Columbia University, she was a <br />preservation planner with the Minneapolis Community Planning and Economic Development <br />(CPED) department. She has extensive experience with historic designation and design review <br />and meets the Secretary of the Interior's Qualifications for History and Architectural History. <br />4.0 Timeframe and Budget <br />The preparation of the cultural resources evaluation would be accomplished within the timeframe <br />established by the City of Elk River. A 3-month project is proposed. The project budget is based <br />on a principals' fee of $95 per hour.
