Since that time, <br />the NCDA has been working with its consultants to undertake preliminary <br />engineering on the various elements of the project. The Minnesota <br />Department of Transportation (Mn/DOT) will be submitting the preliminary <br />engineering documents to the FTA on June 1, 2000. <br /> <br />At the May 3 meeting, staff and consultants will review the preliminary <br />engineering documents with the NCDA. While many project elements are <br />complete, work continues on four of the stations, the track and signal <br />improvements and the Project Management Plan.
