Since the platting of those lots Kraus- <br />Anderson has received interest from various businesses for the use of the <br />north end of Elk Park Center. Apparently, the type of possible tenants would <br />require the replatting of the original three lots into two larger lots to <br />accommodate their building and parking demands. <br />The consolidating of these three lots and the resubdividing into two lots <br />would technically require only an administrative subdivision, which could be <br />13065 Orono Parkway • P.O.
