Ach ~,~ <br />City Planner <br />DATE: July 25, 1995 <br />SUBJECT: Conditional Use Permit by Dan <br />Smith (Perkins), Public Hearing <br />Case No. CU 95-15. <br />Request <br />Dan Smith is requesting a Conditional Use Permit for site plan review, to <br />construct a Perkins Family Restaurant & Bakery within the Elk River Retail <br />Center Planned Unit Development. <br />Location <br />The northeast corner of Elk Hills Drive and U.S. Hwy. 169. <br />Zoning/Land Use <br />PUD (Planned Unit Development)/HB (Highway Business). <br />Attachments <br />• Memo .from the City Engineer <br />• Zoning Map <br />• Development Plans <br />• Conditions of Approved Conditional Use Permit for Planned Unit <br />Development <br />Background <br />The Planning Commission and City Council have both approved the <br />Conditional Use Permit and plat for the subject Planned Unit Development.. <br />Similar to Elk Park Center and Hillside Crossing Planned Unit <br />Developments, each "phase" of the development is required to obtain a <br />Conditional Use Permit for site plan review.
