• F. S wage Disposal <br />i. Subdivisions within the urban service area shall <br />be connected to the public sewage system and <br />services must be provided to all lots. Sanitary <br />sewer mains and service connections shall be <br />installed to serve all the lots in the <br />subdivision and shall be connected to the public <br />sewage system. <br />ii. Subdivisions outside the urban service area shall <br />provide an adequate sewage disposal system for <br />each lot. Each lot shall provide for a primary <br />and secondary system that meets all applicable <br />standards and regulations. <br />G. Drainage - A drainage system that will adequately <br />accommodate the surface water runoff within the <br />subdivision, as required by this Ordinance, and comply <br />with the City's comprehensive drainage plan, shall be <br />provided. <br />H. Sicmaae - Street signs of standard design approved by <br />• the City shall be installed at each street <br />intersection. All other necessary signage as required <br />by the City and made part of improvement plans shall <br />be provided. <br />I. Street ~,,~chtina - Street lighting of a type approved <br />by the City may be required at all intersections and <br />other locations within the subdivision. <br />J. Public ans,~ Private Utilii~y Lines - When practical and <br />feasible, all utility lines for new subdivisions shall <br />be installed underground. <br />K. Front Yard Trees - Following construction, vegetation <br />consistent with the surrounding area and suitable to <br />the site shall be planted. The type or species of <br />tree planted shall be approved by the city. Trees <br />with root structures that are less likely to interfere <br />with utility lines or sidewalks, or cause other <br />nuisance damage are preferable. Trees shall have a <br />trunk .diameter (measured twelve (Z2) inches above <br />ground level) of not less than two (2) inches, and <br />shall be planted in not less than one (1) cubic yard <br />of good growing soil with a suitable amount of <br />fertilizer.
