~1 <br />1. ?,~ro~ements Listed and Described. Prior to the. recording <br />of a final plat approved by the City Council as the Platting <br />Authority under the Law, the subdivider shall have agreed in <br />the manner set forth in this Section 1008.22 to cause the <br />following improvements to be installed in conformity with <br />construction plans approved by the City Engineer and in <br />conformity with all applicable standards and ordinances of <br />the City. <br />A. Survey Monume~~ - A11 subdivision boundary corners, <br />block and lot corners, road intersection corners and <br />points of tangency and curvature shall be marked with <br />durable iron of steel survey monuments .meeting the <br />minimum requirements of state law. All U.S. State, <br />county, and other official benchmark monuments or <br />.triangulation station in or adjacent to the property <br />shall be preserved in position unless a relocation is <br />approved by the controlling agency. At the end of <br />construction a1Z monuments .shall be in place. <br />B. Streets and Allevs - The full width of the Right-of- • <br />Way of each street and alley be dedicated on the plat <br />and shall be graded as required. All streets and <br />alleys shall have an adequate sub-base and shall be <br />improved with an all-weather permanent surface in <br />accordance with the design standards specified by the <br />City. These may vary according to the type of street. <br />C. Soncrete Curb and Gutter - Concrete curb and gutter <br />shall be required for all paved streets within the <br />urban service area. Concrete curb and gutter may also <br />be required by the City Council on rural streets if it <br />is determined-the curb is necessary for drainage or <br />other related purposes. <br />_. _ . <br />D.
