The applicant currently operates an Upholstery Business in New <br />Hope, and if approved would move the business to his home in Elk River. <br />The reason that this item is required to go through a Conditional Use Permit <br />is that some of the equipment, such as industrial sewing machines, are not <br />normally found in a home. <br />Business <br />The business will consist of primarily residential re-upholstery and some <br />small scale commercial re-upholstery.
