He updated the council and indicated the owner of the building now wishes to demolish it but requests more time to complete ftnal arrangements and financing. Staff is working with Counselor Beck to determine the quickest way to demolish the building with the next few weeks. Councilmembers expressed concerns with the safety of the building and the desire to secure the building so it doesn't become a public safety threat. Stair will update the council with new information as it becomes available. G.1.A. Windsor Meadows Im rovement Pro'ect Mr. Maurer presented the staff report. He noted the final assessment roll should not include Dutlots A, B, C or D and therefore requested those be removed from the f nal assessment roll.
