working time, and is therefore paid based on an <br />E'mployee's regi„~lar rate of pay. <br />Call out time. When the Security Technician is on- <br />call, the Utilities' policy on call out time pay still <br />applies, in accordance with the terms of that policy. <br />Suaerintendents. The Electrical Line Superintendent and the <br />Water Superintendent are required to be available to respond <br />on an as-needed basis to emergency calls 24 hours a day, seven <br />days a week without rotation. Such on-call time and <br />availability is not working time. The Electrical Line <br />Superintendent and the Water Superintendent are not required <br />to remain within the residency radius and do not receive <br />additional comperrsation for on-call time or for actual response <br />time. The call out time policy does not apply to these <br />superintendents. <br />Take Home Vehicles. Based on the expectation that they will <br />regularly be available to respond in a timely and appropriate <br />manner to calls about Utilities business outside of regular <br />business hours, the Security Technician, the Electrical Line <br />Superintendent, and the Water Superintendent, are provided <br />Utilities vehicles to take home. These vehicles are subject to <br />the Utilities' vehicle policy and may only be used for the <br />exclusive purpose of responding to calls about Utilities <br />business. <br />~2~ FLECTRI RE-CONNECT ~-r~,.T,~-~~1; 7 r. ~ r D <br />T P ,ND <br />Regular field workers performing electric re-connects at times other than during their <br />scheduled work hours will be paid a stipend for such re-connect at a fit rate of $50.00 <br />per re-connection. This stipend is paid in ~alieu of the hourly wane to which <br />the field worker would ordinarily be entitled for working the hours involved in <br />performing the re-connect. <br />26. LEAD PAY niF'FFRFNTIAL <br />An employee who is currently a lineman shall assume the duties of a lead lineman when <br />the lead lineman is absent from a crew, provided that only the most senior lineman on a <br />crew shall assume the lead lineman's duties. The lineman assuming such duties shall <br />receive a rate differential equal to 3% of his or her base rate of pay times the number of <br />hours worked during which the lineman assumed such lead duties. <br />27 <br />
