This. neighborhood is cturently defined as the area <br />bound by Morton, Manor Place, Norfolk and Main Streets.-Any other people who are interested in historic <br />neighborhoods. are welcome to attend as well, <br />Why:`The Elk River Heritage Preservation Commission has designated your neighborhood as a candidate for <br />.becoming the City's first designated historic neighborhood. Come learn what is unique about the architecture <br />and history of your neighborhood: We will present information regarding historic districts and solicit comment <br />and interest in becoming a historic district. <br />What: Discussion on Creating-a Historic Neighborhood District, <br />Elk River Historic Preservation Commission <br />Where: James and Mary Ernhart House, 201 Norfolk Avenue <br />When: 6:30 pm.
