RECEIPT AND ACKNOWLEDGMENT <br />This Employee Handbook sets forth the Elk River Municipal Utilities' (the "Utility's") <br />general policies and is intended to help you get to know the Utility and your <br />responsibilities.. The Handbook applies to all employees. <br />This Handbook is designed to answer basic questions about the Utility's employment <br />policies and procedures and to serve as a resource when you may need information. <br />This Handbook cannot cover every situation, and the Utility reserves the right to <br />interpret and apply this Handbook and to address each situation as it determines <br />appropriate. <br />If you have any questions about the information in this Handbook, or if the Handbook <br />does not appear to address your concern, please contact the Utility's Human Resources <br />Representative. The Utility has arranged with the City of Elk River for Human <br />Resources services, and the Utility's Human Resources Representative can be found in <br />the City of Elk River's Human Resources Department. <br />By signing this receipt, I acknowledge that I have received a copy of Elk River <br />Municipal Utilities' Employee handbook. This Handbook and the policies contained or <br />referenced in the Handbook supersede and replace previously-issued Handbooks, other <br />oral or written statements of employment policy, and other employment practices. I <br />understand that the Employee Handbook may be amended at any time, with or without <br />notice. <br />I agree to abide by the rules, regulations, and policies contained therein, or hereafter <br />added. <br />The Utility is committed to applying with all applicable law.
