The flatbed truck replaces a 1992 one-ton truck, and the <br />pickup replaces a 1989 pickup truck. All three of the replaced vehicles would be sent to auction. <br />As you can see from the above schedule of purchases, the only item not purchased from the State <br />contract is the sign truck body, which is aspecialty-designed and constructed item. Therefore, we <br />would request the ability to make minor modifications during the construction of the sign truck <br />body within the limits of the $190,000 total budget total for all purchases. <br />Financial Impact <br />Budgeted in the equipment replacement fund is $190,000 for truck purchases for the Street <br />Division.
