Again, a mixed use , <br />district develops around the station, but ~' <br />with more supporting office uses in this <br />concept, however some ground level <br />retail is also envisioned. _ '~ <br />Twin Lakes Parkway terminates directly <br />into a future interchange near the <br />southern end of the study area, and <br />adjacent to the interchange, a more a <br />traditional retail land use is envisioned. <br />With the interchange in this proposed <br />location, this concept proposes relocating <br />the RDF plant and redevelopment the site <br />with commercial ~ retail uses. <br />Again housing is the primary focus for __ <br />^ ='~"" _ - <br />the northeast portion of the study area, ~ ~ ti <br />but in this scheme high density housing : ~„- <br />is also located in the far northwestern ®"~ <br /> .~~~, <br />portion of the site to take advantage of ° ~ ""' --_ • ~ ~.--•. ... <br />river views.
