There will be approximately 24 vendors on site selling a variety of products. The
market will utilize the eight parking stalls along the south side of the parking lot and approximately 14-
feet of the drive lane along the east side of the parking lot. A 24-foot drive lane will be maintained
around the parking stalls.
The applicant is requesting a banner advertising the market just behind the curb on the south side of the
parking lot. It would be installed for the duration of the market.
The Liquor Store Manager has reviewed the proposed plan and sees no issues with the proposal. He
wants to make sure that vehicular circulation loop is maintained, as the store has many customers pulling
trailers.
Attachments
• Applicants Narrative
• Site Plan
Action Motion by Second by Vote
Follow Up
