At this <br />property is the St. Andrews convent home that has been vacant for <br />approximately the last six months. The Elk River Fire Department has <br />entered into an agreement with St. Andrews Church for the use of this <br />building for smoke drilling and other training exercises to be held on <br />Saturday, August 3. <br /> <br />I have sent a letter to all adjacent property owners informing the residents of <br />the training session to be held in our community. I have enclosed a copy of <br />the letter to the adjacent property owners for your review. <br /> <br />The training session on Saturday, August 3, will be starting at <br />approximately 8:00 a.m. and going until approximately 3:00 p.m. If you have <br />any questions in reference to this training burn, please feel free to call me at <br />the Elk River Fire Department, 441-4919. <br /> <br />We would like to welcome any of the City Council members who would like to <br />stop by during the training session to observe the Elk River Fire Department <br />in action. <br /> <br />s :\offsite\tr ainbur.doc <br /> <br />13065 Orono Parkway · P.O.
