Option 3: Health Savings Account (HSA) Plan Design <br />This type of plan was discussed as an offering in conjunction with the current Aware Gold <br />plan (a dual option). Premium savings could be contributed toward each participating <br />employee's deductible under the HSA plan design. HSAs may be a good option for <br />healthy members. <br />B.
