LOCATION & SITE CONSIDERATIONS <br />The library Board discussed the long range needs and growth trends expected. <br />Options for expanding on the current propeny, acquisition of adjacent properties, <br />relocating to a new site, satellite facilities at the mall, community center and/or <br />downtown were considered. <br />We concluded that the current location, with an addition and remodeling program, <br />would continue to serve the facility needs for the next 8-10 years. With the rate of <br />change in societal habits and technological advances, it was decided to not look <br />beyond that period at this time but rather to formally review the situation every five <br />years and adapt this facilities needs plan at those times. <br />29 <br />
