~iERAL ,,,fOR/~TION Every delegate, guest, speaker, representative of the media, and any other conference participant must complete this form in full to be registered and to be assigned a hotel room. · Payment must be received in full prior to hotel assignment and registration processing. NO REGISTRATION WILL BE PROCESSED WITH- OUT ACCOMPANY'lNG PAYMENT IN FULL. · Ail requests for registration, hotel, and changes must be in writing (no telephone requests accepted). · On-site registration fees and special events fees must be paid in full at the time of regis- tration. The Crockett Hotel is 2 1/2 blocks from the convention center, and NLC has blocked 175 guest rooms. The hotel has two restaurants, pool, and jacuzzi. 2, Th~ Hampton Inn is located 4 blocks fi~m the convention center, and NLC has blocked 75 rooms. The hotel has complimentary continental breakfast and a pool. 3. Hilton Palado del Rio is located directly across the street from the convention center, and NLC has blocked 400 rooms. The hotel has four restaurants, an exercise room, pool, and a business center. 4. The Holiday Inn Riverwalk is located 7 blocks from the convention center, and NLC has blocked 200 rooms. The hotel has two restaurants, a fitness room, two pools, and whirlpool. 5. Homewend Suites is located 4 blocks from the convention center, and NLC has blocked 70 suites. Each suite has a kitchen, sleeper sofa, ~edroom, and the hotel has a litness center, pool, jacuzzi and offers a complimenta]T continental breakthst. 6. The Hyatt Regemy San Antonio is located 3 blocks from the convention center, and NLC has blocked 550 rooms. The hotel has two restaurants, an exercise room, and pool. 7. La Mansion del Rio is a four-star, four-diamond Spanish colonial mansion located 5 blocks from the convention center, and NLC has blocked 200 rooms. The hotel has two restaurants, 24-hour room service and twice daily maid service. 8. La Qulnta Convention Center is located 1 1/2 blocks from the conven- tion center, and NLC has blocked 150 rooms. The renovated hotel has complimentary continental breakfast. 9. The Marriott Rivercenter is an award winning, four-star rating, full-service hotel located across the slxeet fi'om the convention center, and NLC has blocked 900 rooms. The hotel has three restaurants, an execu- tive fitness center, and two pools. 10. Tho Marriott Riverwalk is located directly across the s~eet fi.om the convention center, and NLC has blocked 400 rooms. The hotel has two restaurants and a food court (Pizza Hut, Gourmet Bean, and Burger King), a health club, and two pools. ! !. The Plaza San Antonio is a four-star, four-diamond service hotel located 2 blocks fi.om the convention center, and NLC has blocked 150 rooms. The hotel has two restaurants, pool, a health club, tennis, bicycles, and courtyards with exotic birds. 13. The Ramada Emily Morgan is located 3 blocks ~om the convention center, and NLC has blocked 140 rooms. The hotel has two restaurants, an outdoor pool, hot tub spa, and an exercise room. 14.
