CITE' ENGINEER SMALL APPROVE, PRIOR To CONSTRUCTION, UCTION, A <br />BLUFF RE -STABILIZATION PIAN AND STORMWATER MANAGEMENT <br />PLAN. <br />. USE APPROVED MATERLkLS CONSISTENT T` WI'T'H THE DOWNTOWN <br />DESIGN GUIDELINES. <br />3. SUBJECT TO DNR REVIEW AND APPROVAL. <br />.
