If for any reason we are unable to collect due charges in the <br />time allowed, whether for system costs, monitoring charges, service calls, or lease charges, we reserve the <br />right to assess penalties to these amounts. Also we reserve the right to disconnect utility service at your <br />home until any due balances are paid. If you are not within our utility service area, you will not be <br />eligible for disconnection. <br />
