As our business has grown <br />we have adapted to best suit our customers' needs by utilizing the best monitoring company in the region, <br />and installing quality systems to give you and your family better peace of mind knowing that your home <br />is protected 24 hours a day. But equally important to you and us, we've done all this while offering the <br />lowest monitoring charges that you will find anywhere! We provide our services at these low rates to <br />make sure you can have that peace of mind you deserve in our community. <br />With Growth Comes Change... <br />We are constantly looking for ways to make it easier for you to manage our billings and services. To do <br />this, starting in February 2008 we will be billing all monitoring and service calls along with your utility <br />services (if you receive utilities from us) on one bill, instead of sending separate invoices. If you are <br />already billed monthly for monitoring, you will notice no change. Also, to keep up with supply cost <br />increases, we will be changing our monitoring charges for the first time ever in 17 years. <br />Please see the chart on the back of this letter and take note of the change in your method of billing, <br />which will depend on how you are currently billed.
