Memo to the Mayor and City Council/CU 96-14 <br />July 15, 1996 <br /> <br />E. Signage <br /> <br />One off-site directional sign may be allowed to identify the <br />entrance to Arbys. <br /> <br />Recommendation <br /> <br />It is recommended the City Council approve the conditional use permit <br />request by Arbys to construct a Class II restaurant with a drive-thru lane <br />with the following conditions: <br /> <br />Page 4 <br /> <br />o <br /> <br />All of the comments outlined in the memo dated June 25, 1996, to the <br />Planning Commission be incorporated into the revised set of plans. <br /> <br />All of the comments stated in the City Engineer's memo dated June 19, <br />1996, be incorporated into the revised set of plans. <br /> <br />Four sets of complete plans be submitted to the building department <br />for review and approval prior to issuance of a building permit. <br /> <br />The landscape plan be revised to include landscaping material within <br />the island southwest of the building. <br /> <br />All disturbed areas be sodded. <br /> <br />One off-site directional sign be allowed to identify the entrance to <br />Arbys. <br /> <br />s:\council\cu96-14.doc <br /> <br /> <br />
