Over <br />time, the llorthstar transit station and <br />anticipated reconstruction of Highwa~~ 10 <br />will impact the development potential and <br />deti-elopment pattern of the study area. The <br />study will, ..however, have a lasting <br />impact on public infrastructure <br />investments and. the type and <br />character of development in the <br />study area.
