The sign is consistent with the intent o£ the Planned Unit <br /> Development and will not impede development on surrounding <br /> properties. <br />4. Will not adversely affect traffic or tr~f~c visibility. <br />5. Expansion of the existing sign will not create excessive trsf-fic, <br /> noise, smoke, fumes, glare, odors, dust or vibrations. <br />6. The sign expansion will not damage any natural, scenic or historic <br /> features. <br />7. The applicant will apply for a City sign permit and will comply <br /> with all applicable sign requirements. <br /> <br />Recommendation <br /> <br />Staff recommends approval of the conditional use permit to amend the Elk <br />Park Center PUD agreement to allow Cub Foods to expand the existing <br />Target monument sign at Jackson Avenue and the service road with the <br />following conditions: <br /> <br />1. The applicant will apply for a sign permit before beginning construction <br /> on the sign. <br />2. The sign will be architecturally compatible with the existing Target sign. <br />3.
