Cub <br />Foods is proposing to expand the existing Target monument sign on Jackson <br />Avenue and the service road to include Cub Foods. <br /> <br />Location. <br /> <br />19216 Freeport Avenue NW, Lot 2 and 3, Block 1, Elk Park Center Fourth <br />Addition. <br /> <br />Zoning/Land Use <br /> <br />PUD (Planned Unit Development)/HB (Highway Business) <br /> <br />Attachments <br /> <br />· Memo to the Planning Commission dated May 28, 1996. <br /> <br />Background <br /> <br />The Planned Unit Development Agreement for Elk Park Center provides for <br />a development sign on Highway 169 and 192nd Avenue which identifies both <br />Target and Cub Foods. A second development sign identifying both Target <br />and Cub Foods is located at Freeport Avenue and Jackson Avenue. A third <br />sign is located at Jackson Avenue and the service road. This sign is "to <br />identify the anchor tenant (Target) located on the southerly end of the <br /> <br />13065 Orono Parkway · P.O.
