The bid breakdown is as follows: <br /> <br />· North Metro Landscaping <br />· Greenscape Landscaping & Irrigation <br />R Margolis Company <br />· MN Valley Landscape <br /> <br />$69,840.48 <br />$75,789.00 <br />$83,002.00 <br />$92,018.00 <br /> <br />The low bidder is North Metro Landscaping. I would like to make the recommendation <br />that the City Council approve and award the Landscaping Bid to North Metro Landscaping <br />for the amount of $69,840.48. This bid does fall below Our projected estimate and is also <br />less than the two bids received at the previous bid opening onJune 14,2002. Unless I hear <br />information to the contrary, I will go ahead and prepare a contract to North Metro <br />Landscaping.
