Professional Qualifications <br />The project will be directed by Prof. Richard M. Rothaus of St. Cloud State University. Prof. <br />Rothaus holds a PhD from Ohio State University and is a Registered Professional Archaeologist. <br />Prof. Rothaus has worked extensively in Europe, Asia and North America, and he is one of the <br />few individuals in Minnesota who meets the Secretary of the Interior's Professional Standards <br />for both prehistoric and historic archaeology. A full resume can be found at the end of this <br />document. <br />Additional staff for the project will be selected as appropriate and necessary. McFarlane <br />Consulting, LLC will assist St. Cloud State University with this Elk River project, as was done in <br />2004.
