A PowerPoint presentation summarizing the essential points will be presented upon request to the Elk River Historic Preservation Commission, City Council, and Sherburne County Historical Society. Continued Service and Partnership. St. Cloud State University considers community service and partnerships an important part of its role in the state of Minnesota.
