Our responses are as follows, and will graphically appear on the pertinent <br />drawings when submitted for building permit: <br />A. Grading Plan <br />1. Revised pond slopes to match. Standard Plate X2511 <br />Pond will be revised to show pond slopes per Standard Plate #2511. The standard plate will <br />be included on the plans. <br />2. -Provide a 2-foot boulevard between the back of curb and the retaining wall. <br />Plans will be revised to show 2-foot boulevard. <br />3. Fencing of some type needs to be provided on the top of the retaining wall, ~dne to its height. . <br />Fencing to be shown oa Architectural plans. <br />4. A retaining wall design will need to be submitted, since the wall is over 4 feet high. <br />The Owner will be responsible for obtaining a retaining wall design from a Structural <br />Engineer, and submitting it to the .City. <br />5. Grading at the northwest corner of the site blocks off the drainage pattern previously in place. <br />Install storm sewer to provide an outlet for this area. <br />Plans will be revised to show storm sewer extended to this area. <br />
