Bone Builders is a program designed for Osteoporosis and Weight Bearing Exercise. • Enhance Fitness starting Nov 3. An exercise program that is sponsored by UCare. Includes strength training, flexibility, balance, aerobic & cardio. • Woodcarvers now meeting once a week at Activity Center. • The Activity Center now has a Nu-Step Recumbent Cross Trainer for participants to use. • Starting regular monthly Pool Tournaments with the Buffalo & Monticello Senior Centers. September/October Special Programs • September Senior Center Month, in addition to regular activities & programs we had several other events.
