MAYOR KLINZING SECONDED THE MOTION. THE <br /> MOTION CARRIED 4-1. COUNCILMEMBER DIETZ OPPOSED. <br /> <br />7. Other Business <br /> <br />7.1. 175m Avenue Improvements <br /> <br />City Engineer Terry Maurer requested the Council to adopt a resolution requesting a <br />variance to state aid rules. He noted the variance is required due to minor <br />adjustments that were made to Park Pointe Plat. The adjustments included revisions <br />to watermain and elimination of the roadside ditch adjacent to the Park Pointe <br />pond. <br /> <br />COUNCILMEMBER KUESTER MOVED TO ADOPT RESOLUTION 02- <br />107 REQUESTING A VARIANCE TO STATE AID RULE 8820-2800 <br />CONSTRUCTION REQUIREMENTS SUBPART 2 PLANS AND <br />ESTIMATES. COUNCILMEMBER TVEITE SECONDED THE <br />MOTION. THE MOTION CARRIED 5-0. <br /> <br />7.2. City Administrator Performance Review Process <br /> <br />Councilmember Dietz distributed a print out of the proposed procedure to follow <br />for the City Administrator review. He requested the Council to review the process <br />and report back to him with comments. <br /> <br />8. Staff Updates <br /> <br />There were no staff updates. <br /> <br />9.
