THE STATUS OF OUTLOTS C AND D AT THE PROCTOR AVENUE ENTRANCE BE <br />RESEARCHED TO DETERMINE THE BEST SOLUTION TO ACCOMMODATE THE <br />CITY'S AND THE DEVELOPER'S BEST INTERESTS TO ESTABLISH A LANDSCAPED <br />ENTRANCE. <br />21. DEVELOPER BE RESPONSIBLE FOR GRADING AND PROVIDING THE <br />APPROPRIATE (CLASS 5) BASE WITHIN EACH OF THE TRAIL CORRIDORS <br />EXTENDING FROM THE DEVELOPMENT TO EITHER THE CITY TRAIL OR TO <br />OUTLOT A. <br />22.
