LUA 95-3, ZC 95-3, P 95-2 <br />Issue <br />Windsor Development is requesting the following applications: <br />A. Comprehensive Plan Amendment to expand the urban service <br />boundary. <br />B. Rezoning approximately 80 acres from Rla(Single Family Residential) <br />to Rlc (Single Family Residential). <br />• C.
