LUA 95-3, ZC 95-3, P 95-2 <br />Issue <br />Windsor Development is requesting the following applications: <br />A. Comprehensive Plan Amendment to expand the urban service <br />boundary. <br />B. Rezoning approximately 80 acres from Rla(Single Family Residential) <br />to Rlc (Single Family Residential). <br />• C. Preliminary Plat to subdivide approximately 120 acres into single <br />family residential lots. <br />Location <br />The property can generally be described as that area lying west of Proctor <br />Avenue, south of Ridgewood 2nd and 3rd Additions, east of the city trail <br />corridor and immediately north of County Road 1. <br />Zonine/Land Use <br />Rla (Single Family Residential) and Rlc (Single Family Residential)/MR <br />(Medium Density Residential <br />Attachments <br />• Resolution No. 95-_ <br />• Ordinance No. 95-_ <br />• Revised drawings of the prehnunary plat <br />• Exhibit A <br />• Exhibit B <br />• <br />P.O.
