PRODUCT DESCRIPTION <br />TRI-SHEEN CONCRETE SUR- <br />FACER is a non-cementitious <br />protective texture coating designed <br />for all above grade vertical <br />surfaces. TRI-SHEEN CONCRETE <br />SURFACER can be used either for <br />exterior or interior applications on <br />the following substrates: poured or <br />precast concrete, block, brick, <br />stone or stucco. Any properly <br />prepared above grade vertical <br />cementitious type surface. <br />TRI-SHEEN CONCRETE <br />SURFACER is an excellent <br />alternative to multiple component <br />dry plaster mixed products. Being <br />a one-component ready mixed <br />texture coating, eliminates the <br />possibility of on site mixing and <br />measuring errors, resulting in an <br />uneven textured appearance and <br />possible film failure. <br />TRI-SHEEN CONCRETE <br />SURFACER is blended using high <br />performance 100% acrylic copoty- <br />mers and advanced adhesion <br />monomers, The grade of texture is <br />achieved using various sizes of <br />siliceous volcanic rock, silicas, and <br />siliceous powders. All of which are <br />suspended in an aquas dispersion. <br />With the use of advanced <br />technology, TRI-SHEEN <br />CONCRETE SURFACER offers <br />the following advantages: <br />- A one package ready to use <br />product. <br />- Will not chip, crack, or peel. <br />-Long term color retention <br />throughout the film. <br />- Helps control efflorescence <br />or salt leaching. <br />- Will not support mildew <br />growth. <br />- High resistance to road or <br />deicing salts. <br />- A breathable film eliminating <br />trapped moisture vapors. <br />- Ability to be applied over a <br />variety of silanes or siloxanes <br />such as TKS90 or TK-290. <br />TRI-SHEEN CONCRETE <br />SURFACER'S pigmentation is <br />carried throughout the film <br />thickness resulting in uniform color <br />should surface damage occur. <br />When enhanced protection or <br />accent colors Bra desired, a top- <br />coat of Tri-Sheen Acrylic may be <br />applied. While still maintaining a <br />breathable film, this two coat <br />system enhances not only the <br />performance characteristics but <br />also offers the architect an end- <br />less choice of colors. <br />4.
