The Ordinance as created does not allow signage.
The owners of the recently approved Elk River Extreme Motor Park feel signage would be advantageous
to their business, and are requesting the City to pursue an amendment. With Council's acceptance, staff
will review issues and develop an ordinance to address concerns to be reviewed by the Planning
Commission and City Council.
Financial Impact
None
Attachments
^ Email from Chris Carlson representing Elk River Extreme Motor Park
__
ACtIOn Motion by Second by Vote
Follow Up
S:\PLANNING MAIN\Case Files\OA\Request authorization CRT signage.doc
