It is understood that: <br /> SLR Practices Installed with Cost-Share Assistance Shall Be Properly Maintained. If the proj- <br /> ec! is removed, or modified, during their minimum effective life (10years) without consent of the Soil and <br /> Water Conservation District, the land occupier shall be liable for monetary damages, not to exceed the <br /> amount of financial assistance received from the district. If title to this land is transferred to another party <br /> before expiration of the aforementioned effective life, it shall be the responsibility of the land occupier who <br /> signed this contract to advise the new owner that this contract is in force. <br /> 2. Practices must be planned and installed in accordance with technical standards and specifications of <br /> Mn/DOT <br /> 3. . City Engineer technician must make prior determination that the practices are <br /> needed on the site where they are to be inst,.lied, and that they are properly planned and installed. <br />4. Items of cost for which reimbursement is claimed on form SWCB-6 are to be supported by ..... <br /> for payments and are to be verified by the district board as practical and reasonable. <br />5. An increase in the practice units and/or cost must be approved by the district as a condition to increases in <br /> cost-share payments. <br />6. This contract, when approved by the Soil and Water Conservation District, will remain in effect unless <br /> cancelled by mutual agreement, except that if installations of practices covered by this contract have not <br /> been started b'y (date), this contract will be automatically terminated on that date.- <br />7.
