<br />lfyou are a staffor dected official of a city, you must register as a Delegate rather
<br />than attend as a spouse, family member, or guest.

<br />Cancellation/Substitution Policy:
<br />If you are registered and cannot attend, we encourage you to send a substitute.
<br />lfyou cannot send a substitute, a cancellation fee ($75fbr Full Conference or
<br />$50fbr One-Day) will be applied if written cancellation is fluxed, e-mailed or
<br />postmarked by 4:30 p.m., June 1, 2001. Cancellations not accepted by phone.
<br />We regret that no refunds will be made after June l, 2001. if your registration
<br />was paid, LMC will refund the balance. If your registration was not paid yet,
