These guidelines will further <br />this goal by establishing criteria aimed at achieving quality levels of landscape architecture and sensi- <br />tive site plans. Our goal is beautiful streetscaFes and open spaces, irtterestin~ and complementary lot <br />amenity features, paving and planting design. Careful consideration must be made for bature addi- <br />tions, decks, fences, and screened porches.
