There is a need for additional ball- <br />fields and interest in a walkway along the river. Can these be <br />accommodated in the floodplain of the river? <br /> <br />LAND USE PATTERN <br /> <br />Is the land use plan of the 1988 Growth Management Plan <br />valid? <br /> <br />How much land should be reserved for long-ierm <br />industrial-office development versus being developed for <br />housing in the near future? <br /> <br />Should the City try to hold out part of Area A for <br />high-quality office and office-showroom development when <br />it appears that those portions of the industrial market will be <br />quite soft in Elk River (and vicinity) for the foreseeable <br />future? <br /> <br />· .
