Allowable land uses include any <br />permitted by the underlying zoning. The geographic extent of the <br />Shoreland Ordinance is 300 feet from a fiver. This is a local ordinance required by the State of Min- <br />nesota. The Mississippi River through Elk River is classified as <br />Recreational by the DNR. Allowable land uses are those per- <br />mitred by the underly/ng zoning.
