Business Park Design Standards <br /> <br />Preliminary Plats: <br /> <br />14 <br /> <br />Final Plats: <br /> <br />15 <br /> <br />. Twin Lake Townhomes <br />· Mulvaney Point <br />· K & L Addition <br /> <br />Site Plan Review: <br /> <br />6 <br /> <br />Variances: <br /> <br />4 <br /> <br />Zone Changes: <br /> <br />7 <br /> <br />In addition to the above caseload, the department continued to improve communications with <br />the Building and Zoning Department, continued inspections of conditional use permits and <br />sight plan reviews and began planning for 2001. In addition, work continued on the <br />Northstar Commuter Rail station site, and the Planning Commission began reviewing the <br />possible land use scenarios for development around the station at 171 st Avenue. A <br />consortium of developers is working on a traditional mixed-use development concept for the <br />site. <br />
