In addition, work continued on the <br />Northstar Commuter Rail station site, and the Planning Commission began reviewing the <br />possible land use scenarios for development around the station at 171 st Avenue. A <br />consortium of developers is working on a traditional mixed-use development concept for the <br />site. <br />
