Significant woodland replacement. <br /> <br />Where replacement of a significant woodland is required, the applicant <br />shall be responsible for furnishing and installing one category A <br />replacement tree or two category B replacement trees or four category C <br />replacement trees for every 125 square feet of significant woodland <br />damaged or destroyed, or any increment thereof. <br /> <br />3. Size of replacement trees. <br /> <br />Category A trees shall be no less than the following sizes: <br />Deciduous trees, not less than 3.5 inches in diameter. <br />Coniferous trees, not less than 10 feet in height. <br /> <br /> <br />
