The downtown revitalization area encompasses the downtown busi- ness district and reaches from the Main Street/Highway 10 intersec- tion to Lowell Avenue. The area extends as far north as Highway 10 and as far south as the Mississippi River. Q. Why can't we just leave downtown like it is? A. After some discussion, the HRA determined that a more comprehensive and coordinated look at the entire revitalization area was necessary before selecting a development propos- al.
