Future City Approvals <br />11) A PUD Amendment by way of Conditional Use Permit is required, and platting the property. Both <br />applications can be processed together and the Site Plan Approval will be contingent upon approval of these <br />actions. <br />Item 11 -PUD Amendment will be worked out with City Staff prior to any building Permit Application. <br />Miscellaneous <br />12) Jeremy Barnhart, Planning Manager will be taking over this application and can be reached at 763- <br />635-1034.
