,Properties continued to reconvene meeting of Board of Appeal and <br />Equalization on Mawr 19. 2008: <br />1. Troy Segora, representing owner Connie Saxton, Parcel Identification Number 75-728-0172 <br />Mr. Segora indicated that the estimated market value on his townhome is $192,300. He explained <br />that there is a high vacancy rate in the townhomcs in his development He noted that a Urand new <br />end unit townhome in his development is currently fisted fox $169,000. He would like to see his <br />market value decreased. <br />Mx. Olson explained that he believes this is a development issue but was not comfortable making a <br />decision on just one property. Mx. Olson added that the land value could be a little high but he <br />believes the total value is reasonable fox the area. <br />The Board directed LV1r. Olson to review the land value and report back at the reconvene Board of <br />Appeal meeting. <br />2. Brad Shepard, Parcel Identification Number 75-766-0140 <br />Mr. and Mxs. Shepard explained that the current value of their home is $1,032,700 and they believe <br />that is excessive. <br />Ms. Quinn stated that she has made multiple attempts but has been unable to enter the property to <br />conduct an appraisal. Ms. Quinn explained that when access is not allowed she must make <br />assumptions on quality and construction in order to value the home. <br />Mx. Kritzeck indicated that by statute the board cannot act on this parcel until access has been <br />granted. <br />Ms. Quinn provided her contact information to Mr. and Mxs. Shepard and they agreed to call hex fox <br />an inspection. It was noted that the inspection must be completed prior to the date the board <br />reconvenes. <br />3. Richard Pool, Parcel Identification Number 75-431-0410 <br />Ms. Quinn presented a letter from Mx. Pool appealing his value. She stated that she has an <br />appointment with Mx. Pool to review his property. <br />4. David Roseland, Parcel Identification Number 75-405-1810 <br />Mr. Roseland was present to appeal the proposed market value on lux pxopexry. Ms. Quinn noted <br />that access to the pxopexry has not been granted. <br />Ms. Quinn provided her contact information and blr.
