A description of the existing streets in the seven developments is as follows: <br />A. Existing Paved Bituminous Roads <br />1. Barrington Place <br />Roadways consist of 27 to 29 foot wide pavement, some bituminous berm, some concrete curb and <br />gutter. Pavement is 28 years old, built in 1980 and 1989, area was seal coated in 1995 and 1999. <br />Based on normal degradation curves this pavement would rate a pavement condition index (PCI) <br />below 30 although based on field observations the condition that exists appears better than that. <br />Figure 3 at the end of the report shows the streets included in this area. <br />Street Width (ft.)
