NO. · ANOKA, MINNESOTA 55303-2270 <br /> <br />Phone (763) 576-2700 · Fax (763) 576-2727 · TTY (763) 422-0442 · www.ci.anoka.mn.us <br /> <br />RESOLUTION NO. 2001 - ~.~. <br /> <br /> A RESOLUTION IN SUPPORT OF TH'E <br />COMMUTER RAIL STATION IN ~ CITY OF ANOKA <br /> <br />WlIE~AS, on October 16, 2000, the Anoka City Counc~i adopted Resolution No. 2000-85 <br />in support and approval of the location and general design of the NCDA commuter rail station <br />at the 4m Avenue crossing in the City of Anoka; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, tt'u'ee of the five members of the Anoka City Council have since changed due to <br />election and appointment; and <br /> <br />WItEREAS, the current Anoka City Council desires to strongly affirm Resolution No. 2000-85 <br />in support of the commuter rail station at the 4~ Avenue crossing in the City of Anoka. <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that the City Council of the City of Anoka <br />unanimously reaffn'ms Resolution No. 2000-85 in support of the commuter rail station at the <br />4~h Avenue crossing in the City of Anoka. <br /> <br />· Adopted this 16c" day of January 2001. <br /> <br />ATTEST: <br /> <br />Nl~ark NagS'l, City M&ager <br /> <br /> <br />
